This morning I am sore. Yesterday I managed to go for a run/walk, next year I plan on doing a Warrior Dash. Looking back at the past year I realize how hard it’s been to do any exercise, thus the question for now:
How do you keep in shape as a Stay At Home Parent, especially though exercise?
I’ve thought about picking up a system like TRX that would allow for some quick reps, and understand that we have two live 20lb weights that will keep getting heavier.
Have you found anything to work for you?

Sometimes with stretchy bands for upper body.
Also assorted dance videos.
I’m not really into calisthenics.
And I’m going to add some dumbbell work to get ready for the Warrior Dash.
